Green Meadow Memorial Gardens was founded in the
early 1960s by the Vaughn family.
Starting off small and expanding as the
years went by, the cemetery currently has 11 sections including
selected areas to recognize our Veterans, Masons and those who
support our community through public service. The Bowen family
purchased Green Meadow from the Vaughns in 1995 and added a
beautiful Mausoleum in 1996.
Scot Ward Funeral Services purchased the
cemetery in July of 2005 and has enhanced the overall appearance
with professional landscaping.
We are currently developing the Garden of
the Cross around our new granite cross feature located in the center of
the cemetery.
This section will allow for upright
monuments and private family estates.
