In Memory Of

Mrs. Jessie Irene Brooks, age 96 of Loganville, died Saturday, February 27, 2010.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, M. D. "Jeff" Brooks.  She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Gene Matthews, Loganville, Dorothy and Joel Garrett, Hawkinsville; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.  Mrs. Brooks was a member of Corinth Baptist Church, Loganville. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel with Dr. Don Richards and Rev. James Dispain officiating; interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge.  Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 4 until 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Walton County Christian Learning Center, P.O.
