Biography

Mr. Zachary Dean "Zach" Ortiz, age 26 of Covington, died Saturday, February 18, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raul and Carol Ortiz. He is survived by his siblings, Chad and Jennifer Wilson, Patty and Billy Schwed, Joseph and Lyndsey Ortiz; nieces and nephews, Jesse and Anna Marie Schwed, Christine and Tiffany Wilson, and Denise Ortiz. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Rev. William L. Harris officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
