Joyce Young Montgomery

In Loving Memory of Joyce Young Montgomery Joyce, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt and friend to many, passed away peacefully at home on May 26th, 2024, at the age of 58. Aptly named Joyce, she brought joy and shared laughter with those who loved her and always left an indelible memory of her profound kindness and empathy on all who met her. Born January 13th, 1966, Joyce was a sweet soul always compassionate with an open heart. She approached life with optimism, profound faith and a gentle spirit that radiated warmth. Throughout her life, Joyce was known for unwavering dedication to her beautiful family and admired as a trailblazing female entrepreneur. She was loved both in her hometown of Dublin, Ireland and in her adopted home of Conyers, Georgia. Joyce was preceded in death by her father Patrick Farrelly and her daughter Brianna Luti. She will be deeply missed by her husband Jay Montgomery; son Aaron Farrelly and his wife Jessica, son John Little IV and his partner Oscar Danilo Monroy-Gonzalez, son-in-law James Luti; grandchildren Declan Farrelly, Brewer Luti and Blair Luti; mother Margaret Farrelly; sister Brenda Gallagher and her husband Kevin, sister Fiona Farrelly and her husband Scott Isaacs; nieces Rebecca Sheehan and her husband Christopher, Laura Brinsfield and her husband Garret, Arabella Isaacs and great-nephews and great-niece Mason, Charlie and Penelope Sheehan. She will be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes and enormous heart. Joyce's spirit will continue to live on in her children, grandchildren and in the hearts and memories of all who knew her. A celebration of Joyce's life will be held on Thursday, May 30th, 2024, at Scot Ward Funeral Services, 699 American Legion Rd, Conyers, Georgia 30012 with visitation from 9:30 -10: 30 am and services at 10:30 am In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blair and Brewer Luti's 529 college savings plans.
