Pamela Yvonne Searcy May 16, 1960- February 27, 2025 Pam Searcy, of Conyers, GA., a loving wife, mother, Nana, aunt, sister, and friend, went home to be with Jesus on February 27, 2025. She was a strong and hardworking woman who poured her heart into everything she did, always giving selflessly to those she loved. She leaves behind her husband of 47 years, Thomas Searcy; her daughter, Annette Caudell (Kyle); and Shara Camp (Blake) and Maria Gregory (Holden), whom she raised as her own daughters. She also cherished the many others she claimed as her own. Pam adored her 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren with every fiber of her being. She is also survived by her siblings, Joy Camp, Joe Camp, Ken Camp (Karen), as well as her beloved friend Kim Berry, whom she lovingly claimed as a sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Camp (Rose) and Judy Ligrnetta (Frank), as well as her dear sister, Kay Patrick and nephews Matthew Patrick and Kevin Camp. Some of the fondest memories we have with her were made at the ballfield. She loved nothing more than cheering on her girls, and her voice rang out across the fields with pride and excitement. You always knew when Pam was there. She never passed up a good shopping trip, especially when she was with those she loved. And if you ever went with her, you knew one thing for sure-she was coming home with a new throw blanket! Sometimes just one, but more often than not, one from every store. But above all, what Pam loved most was spending time with her family. Her greatest joy was found in the people she held closest to her heart. Pam was a dedicated and faithful employee at BD for over 13 years. Her unmatched work ethic was an inspiration to all who knew her, and she has passed that legacy of determination and perseverance down to her children. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Pam's life at Scot Ward Funeral Home on March 10, 2025. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, with the service to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations of throw blankets, which will be given to a charity in Pam's honor. To honor her love for the beauty of life, we invite guests to wear bright and cheerful spring colors as we celebrate the incredible woman she was. Pam's love, generosity, and unwavering strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She is now resting in the presence of her Savior, where peace and joy are eternal.
