Syire Neptune

Syire was born on May 15, 2025, to Wesly and Toya Neptune. He was a beautiful and resilient soul who entered this world to change lives. Though he was born with medical challenges and spent his days within the care of the hospital, his life was filled with purpose, love and an unbreakable spirit. From the very beginning, Syire was surrounded by love. He knew the voices of his family, the warmth of their touch, and the comfort of those who stayed by his side through it all. In his own way, he connected with each person who loved him, leaving an imprint on their hearts that will never fade. He loved head scratches, story time, bath time and sitting in his big boy chair. Syire showed us what true strength and resilience looks like. He reminded us to cherish every moment, to love deeply, and to find meaning even in the smallest breaths of life. He showed us what it means to love without conditions and expectations. While we grieve the time we did not get to have, we are grateful for the time we were given. It was an amazing ten months, and we are honored to have been able to share our lives with him. Syire's life was powerful. There was purpose in his experience. He was a gift, special in every way. He was here. He was loved. And he will always be remembered. We find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, free from pain and resting gently in the arms of God- held, loved and whole. Syire leaves behind his father, Wesly, his mother, Toya and his big brother, Samaj along with his aunts, uncle, grandparents and cousins. Syire has a family who will forever carry him in their hearts. His name will be spoken with love, his memory held with tenderness and his life honored in all that we do. Forever loved. Forever cherished. Forever Syire. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Minister Renita Poole officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens.
