Donald Eugene McKinney, age 88 of Conyers, died Sunday, January 21, 2018. Donald was a WWll and Korean War veteran. He served a term on the Rockdale County Board of Education and was an active member of the American Legion Post 77 serving as a honor guard for many years. He was preceded in death by his sons, Gary and Mike McKinney; brothers, Patrick and David McKinney. Mr. McKinney is survived by his loving wife, Charlie Mae McKinney; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Butch Cole, Dianne and Mike Koutras; grandchildren, Raymond, Courtney and Candace Cole, Trey McAbee and Cassandra McKinney; great-grandchildren, Mikayla and Raygan; brother, Jerry McKinney and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends on Wednesday, 1/31/18 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Scot Ward Funeral Services prior to the graveside service with Rev.
