Jesse 'JD' Donald Bone , age 90 of Conyers, died Wednesday, October 3, 2018. He was preceded in death by son, Larry Bone; sister, Lyndell Long. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Betty 'JoAnn' Bone; sons, Scott Bone, Keith Bone; grandchildren, Keeli, Kayla, Mitchell, Cierra, Chandler, Coral; great-grandchildren, Karley, Ellie Mae. Mr. Bone served our country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of First Baptist of Conyers. He was employed as a police officer with the City of Atlanta mid 1950's to the late 1960's. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and will be missed. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Jerry L. Jones officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends Friday October 5, 2018 from 6 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
